The selected candidates will collaborate closely with a team of faculty members focusing on the influence of both traditional and alternative data within equity markets and investment strategies.
Responsibilities will include conducting targeted research activities such as identifying anomalies in stock market behavior and evaluating quantitative investment methodologies, along with additional tasks as required.
Ideal candidates should possess a PhD (for Research Associate/Post-doctoral Fellow roles) or a master's degree (for Research Assistant roles) in economics, finance, or a related field. Familiarity with security valuation, pricing mechanisms, and contemporary portfolio theories is essential. Candidates should be capable of interpreting and presenting academic literature related to capital markets, demonstrate strong quantitative abilities, and have experience in data cleansing, manipulation, and analysis. Proficiency in Python programming is required, along with a proactive research orientation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with effective interpersonal skills.
Contract Duration:
1 year, with the possibility of renewal.
Compensation will be aligned with qualifications and experience. Comprehensive benefits, including annual leave and medical and dental coverage, will be provided.
