Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Public Equity team at Third Bridge. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our Public Equity clients, identifying and engaging with industry experts, and delivering high-quality research and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Public Equity clients, understanding their research needs and preferences.
  • Expert Identification and Engagement: Identify and engage with industry experts who can provide valuable insights and research to our clients.
  • Research and Advisory Services: Deliver high-quality research and advisory services to our clients, including market analysis, company research, and industry trends.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Native or Fluent Japanese Speaker: We are looking for a Native or Fluent Japanese Speaker to join our team.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and experts.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Public Equity industry, including market trends, company research, and industry analysis.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive approach to project management.
