About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Client Services Team within the Public Equities & Credit vertical at Third Bridge. As an Associate, you will be responsible for driving relationships with our clients and industry experts to deliver exceptional research services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and identify relevant industry experts to support their research.
  • Deliver high-quality client service by being a responsive, thoughtful, and proactive research partner.
  • Engage with industry experts to understand their expertise and match them with client projects.
  • Negotiate and persuade experts to connect with clients at short notice, while adhering to our industry-leading compliance framework.
  • Monitor client research needs and develop strategies to support their long-term performance.

Development Opportunities

We are committed to helping our team members grow and develop throughout their careers. Our comprehensive onboarding program includes classroom-based and on-the-job learning to teach you the fundamentals of our business, client needs, and sales strategies.

You will also learn how to identify industry experts, develop your communication skills, and engage with senior professionals over the phone. After 4-6 months, you will have the opportunity to progress to our Client Engagement Learning Programme to take on client relationship building and project management responsibilities.

Future Career Path

As you progress in your career, you will have the opportunity to choose from two career tracks: Manager Track or Client Development Track. In the Manager Track, you will develop leadership skills and have the opportunity to apply for a Connections Manager role. In the Client Development Track, you will continue to hone your client engagement skills and unlock greater bonus earning potential.

Requirements

  • Native or N1 Japanese Speaker.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to adapt communication style effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and high standards.
  • Ability to understand and navigate corporate structures, sector value chains, and key stakeholders.
  • Interest in financial markets and the environment that our Public Equity & Credit clients operate in.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with colleagues locally and internationally.
  • Strong academic credentials and/or extensive experience in a client-facing role.
