This role is responsible for leading digital marketing initiatives, curating engaging content, driving multi-channel engagement, and implementing ongoing optimization across digital touchpoints to deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and email marketing, to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Create and manage multi-channel engagement campaigns aligned with the brand's voice and target audience across various digital touchpoints, including website content, blog posts, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage CRM and Marketing Automation Platform, e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, for targeted engagement throughout the customer journey.
  • Drive ongoing optimizations and A/B test strategies to improve digital touchpoints, communications, and messaging, e.g., in-app banners, push notifications, and EDMs.
  • Utilize analytics tools and data-driven insights for campaign performance review, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • University graduate, preferably in business or marketing discipline.
  • 5-7 years or above relevant experience in the financial sector, preferably in life insurance.
  • Solid experience in digital marketing, brand management, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytics skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken).
