Responsibilities: Oversee leasing activities, including new lettings, renewals, budget preparation, and tenancy liaison, to support brand relaunch. Actively research and identify potential new sites for business expansion, utilizing market data, demographic analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to evaluate opportunities. Conduct comprehensive site visits to assess location suitability, including factors such as accessibility, visibility, infrastructure, and compliance with zoning regulations. Manage the sourcing and acquisition of new sites, as well as lease renewals for existing stores, along with ongoing administration. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and real estate agents. Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth opening of new stores. Align with the Business Units and the Group Business Development team to support Japanese Concepts restaurant expansion initiatives. Perform ad‑hoc assignments as needed. Requirements: Degree in Business Management, Real Estate or related discipline required. Minimum of 5 years of relevant leasing experience; experience in F&B, FMCG, and retail chain stores is a plus. Strong network in the commercial real estate field in Hong Kong, overseas experience is an advantage. Good command of English and Chinese. Candidates with less experience will be considered as “Senior Business Development Officer”.
