Assistant Leasing Manager / Leasing Manager Responsible for all leasing matters of Hong Kong retail and commercial projects. Manage, maintain and develop key tenants and agencies relationship for the property portfolio. Assist in formulating and implementing leasing strategy. Conduct market research, data analysis and compile leasing reports. Perform ad-hoc assignments as required. Job requirements Degree holder or above, preferably in Real Estate/Business/Marketing related discipline. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in retail property leasing; particularly in retail podiums and shops is highly preferred. Candidate with more experience can be considered as Leasing Manager. Strong business insight with good understanding of retail markets in HK. Good knowledge of Hong Kong’s leasing practice, tenancy law, related ordinances & regulations. Able to work with property management, project team and finance & accounts team. Knowledge in PC applications particularly on Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese typing. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Immediate available is highly preferred.
