ASSISTANT LEASING MANAGER / SENIOR LEASING OFFICER Kowloon Development Company Limited, a member of the Polytec Group, with its core business in property investment and development, is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 34). Responsibilities Handle full spectrum of leasing duties of Hong Kong retail and commercial projects Handle new lettings and renewal cases including tenancy administration, preparation of budget plan, reports and legal documents Carry out pre-marketing works for new projects including cold calling, market research and rental proposal, etc. Handle enquiries and complaints of leasing Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Survey/ Property Management/ Real Estate or related disciplines 4 years’ relevant experience in property leasing Independent, proactive and analytical with market sense Excellent time management, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills Good PC skills e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager Application We offer an attractive remuneration package and excellent career prospects to the right candidate.
