Responsibilities Assist Test Lead / Product Owner to deliver the project on schedule and within budget. Work with the Product Owner / Test Lead to create and manage the testing scopes. Be flexible and adopt new Agile practices and ways of working. Work closely with the tech team to clearly communicate business requirements so that issues can be fixed accordingly. Ensure new system changes work seamlessly with business processes, balancing risk, effectiveness and efficiency in system and process design. Prepare training material and conduct training for end users. Support testing through test script preparation, test execution and defect management. Assist Manager, Trade Core Operations in testing new application performance and identifying process improvements for Trade Services to maximize productivity. Drive and monitor initiatives and activities for the new application to improve daily operations in terms of accuracy, efficiency and service quality. Standardize, simplify, improve and streamline processes to strive for continuous productivity improvement using the new application. Collaborate with Trade Product Operations Team and Trade Client Operation team on daily operations using the new application. Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements. Perform quality assurance. Define reporting and alerting requirements. Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance integration. Help design, document and maintain system processes. Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team. Communicate key insights and findings to the product team. Qualifications Background: University graduate or above. Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations or project experience. Professional Skills: In-depth understanding of trade products, process flow, regulations and accounting rules. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and operational skills. Good management skills and ability to coach the team to achieve agreed targets. Soft Skills: Sound PC / MS Office skills. Strong organizational skills and well‑developed business abilities. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Other Preference: Passion for identifying and driving new operations improvement opportunities. Willingness to undertake other duties assigned by the line manager.
