Job Overview Assist Talent Development Manager to develop, organize, coordinate and conduct training program. Provide training of beauty apparatus and treatment skills to estheticians. Ensure all estheticians deliver high quality services and meet company standards. Deliver professional beauty knowledge and theories. Maintain and update training materials and aids. Assist in ad hoc projects/tasks as required. Responsibilities Assist Talent Development Manager in developing and coordinating training programs. Provide training on beauty apparatus and treatment skills for estheticians. Ensure estheticians adhere to high quality service standards. Deliver professional beauty knowledge and theories. Maintain and update training materials and aids. Assist on ad hoc projects/tasks as required. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of training experience in skincare and beauty industry. Holder of international beauty & training certificates (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or CITY & GUILDS) is an advantage. Solid training experience in beauty treatment and apparatus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Presentable, self‑motivated, good team player, detail‑minded and able to meet tight schedules under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Candidate with more experience may be considered for Senior Executive, Training & Talent Development. Immediate availability highly preferred.
