It comprises 736 guest rooms including 8 suites, all of which provide facilities for both business and leisure travellers. We are inviting high-caliber and dynamic candidates to join our invigorated team. Responsibilities Assists the Restaurant Manager in full spectrum, overseeing daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Checks standards of cleanliness in the restaurant, including equipment, furniture, carpets, floor, etc. Oversees and ensures food quality, and maintains stock levels of all front-of-house items. Assists the team to set up catering events. Responsible for reservations, greeting, and seating of arrival guests. Prepares required reports and forecasts. Handles guests’ complaints and comments, taking appropriate action proactively. Qualifications Fluent in English and Chinese. Diploma holder of relevant studies. 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivation and good team player. #J-18808-Ljbffr
