Tasks Perform APAC air capacity procurement analysis / contracts with alignment / coordination with country & GMA and maintain carrier relations / meetings at regional level under the lead by Head of Air Freight APAC. Lead the rollout and development of LSH in APAC. Manage IATA Multi-Country Bank Guarantee as well as local Bank Guarantee in APAC. Working closely with Regional Tender Management team and country Airfreight team for proper pricing strategy by growing business & increase the win rates. Manage MSR (Min selling rate guidance) with regional sales team, based on the regional / country procurement power / strategy defined. Implement and support trade lane managers / sales for target customers / trade lanes development. Drive innovation in airfreight solutions through special projects and initiatives that enhance service offerings and operational efficiency. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing, capacity utilization, and profitability.
