We are looking for a Human Resources and Administrative Executive to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence. Job Overview: This role will support all aspects of HR across the APAC regions, including but not limited to: Manage the operations of payroll calculation, pension administration and taxation, etc. Handle onboarding and offboarding including contract preparation, new joiner orientation, final payment calculation, exit interview. Support recruitment cycle from JD creation, job posting, selection, conducting interview, offer proposal, offer negotiation to offer extension. Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure that they are aligned with local legislation requirements & business direction. Foster employee communications, organization of company functions and employee relations activities. Support HR transformation projects and any ad‑hoc assignments. Skills & Qualifications: Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent. Min. 3 years of HR experience, preferably experience or interest in retail industry. Experience supporting APAC countries is an advantage. Ability and willingness to learn and adapt. Detail‑minded with strong sense of accuracy & responsibility. Proficiency in MS Office. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
