Human Resources and Administration Executive Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness. Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions to foster a harmonious workplace. Handle payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. Administration: Supervise office operations and administrative staff to maintain an efficient work environment. Oversee administrative functions, including but not limited to equipment procurement, vendor management, facilities maintenance, cost management, and ensuring office safety and security. Oversee company vehicle management, including daily maintenance, repairs, and transactions to ensure smooth operations. Assist with administrative tasks related to company property management to support operational efficiency. Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and facility maintenance to optimize resource utilization. Coordinate internal communications and company events to enhance collaboration and employee engagement. Support budgeting and expense tracking to ensure financial transparency. Ensure an efficient documentation and record-keeping system to maintain accurate information. Leverage technology, including HRIS and digital platforms, to streamline HR and administrative processes and analyze data for informed decision-making.
