We are building our core team in Hong Kong and are looking for a passionate professional to establish our HR and Admin functions in this dynamic, high‑growth environment. We are seeking a dedicated and hands‑on Human Resources & Administration Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in building and managing our HR and administrative framework from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, MPF, and employee relations. Plan and optimize organizational structures; develop and implement HR and administrative policies and systems. Manage daily office operations, including fixed asset maintenance, procurement of office supplies, and general office upkeep. Provide professional HR consultation and support to department heads in implementing HR strategies. Handle ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of solid experience in HR and Administration within Hong Kong. Prior experience working in a Chinese‑funded enterprise is highly preferred. Native‑level Mandarin speaker with full fluency in Cantonese; excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing. Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented spirit. Candidates available to start on short notice will have an advantage.
