Hang Seng Digital Business Services - Corporate Services Hang Seng’s Corporate Services is a team of professionals managing nearly 300 properties in Hong Kong used by thousands of staff to support millions of customers. Whether it is a customer entering a branch, or staff collaborating in an office, we can make their experience a positive one. Working closely with the business’ partners and external vendors, the team covers a wide range of real estate functions including planning, acquisition, design, construction/fitting out, asset management, facilities management, and administration of Hang Seng’s operational and investment real estate portfolio. The team also provides collateral appraisal services to internal business users and asset management services to external customers. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Technology and Control Room, reporting to Head of Protective Security. Principal responsibilities To manage the security control room and provide round-the-clock security coverage to HASE and all branch premises of the Bank. To develop security education and training to all security guards to ensure they are capable of meeting their responsibilities effectively. To consolidate and analyse data generated from security control/access system and output with meaningful report. To manage staff ID office and cooperate with HR and related stakeholders. Technical evaluate new security system in the market which may contribute or enhance the cost effectiveness of current system performance to the bank. Requirements Good concepts of security management with knowledge of security devices and well conversant with alarm and access control computer system. Experienced discipline management and Diploma Holder of Security Training Course preferable. Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
