Hang Seng’s Corporate Services is a team of professionals managing nearly 300 properties in Hong Kong used by thousands of staff to support millions of customers. Working closely with the business’ partners and external vendors, the team covers a wide range of real‑estate functions including planning, acquisition, design, construction, asset management, facilities management and administration of Hang Seng’s operational and investment real‑estate portfolio. The team also provides collateral appraisal services to internal business users and asset management services to external customers. Responsibilities Manage the security control room and provide round‑the‑clock security coverage to HASE and all branch premises of the bank. Develop security education and training for all security guards to ensure they can meet their responsibilities effectively. Consolidate and analyze data generated from the security control/access system and produce meaningful reports. Manage the staff ID office and cooperate with HR and related stakeholders. Technically evaluate new security systems in the market that may contribute to or enhance the cost effectiveness of current system performance stored on the bank. Qualifications Good concepts of security management with knowledge of security devices and familiarity with alarm and access control computer systems. Experience in discipline management and Diploma holder of Security Training Course preferable. Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills.
