Recruitment Specialist (Hong Kong Office) We are a well-established printing and packaging manufacturer with a strong presence in US, Europe & Mainland China. As part of our strategic expansion, we are strengthening our team in Hong Kong to support our growing international business. We specialize in producing high-quality packaging products, including luxury gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, and specialty items like children's books and commercial books for global clients in Europe, the Americas and other countries. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment for overseas positions, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires in Hong Kong & overseas. Utilize major recruitment platforms (e.g., JobsDB, LinkedIn, Indeed) to source candidates. Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Maintain and manage the candidate database and all recruitment-related documentation. Human Resources Operations: Manage the entire employee lifecycle for Hong Kong staff, including daily onboarding and offboarding procedures. Accurately handle Hong Kong employees' payroll calculation and processing. Administer Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) contributions, enrollments, and related procedures for Hong Kong employees. Compliance & Administration: Ensure all HR practices and office operations fully comply with Hong Kong labor laws and regulations. Assist in coordinating interview & meetings, preparing documents, and providing general logistical support. Handle document filing, archiving, and maintain efficient office management systems. Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and ensure a tidy and functional work environment. Manage the daily administrative functions of the Hong Kong office, including office supplies procurement, maintenance of office equipment, and managing relationships with vendors and the office landlord. Coordination & Support: Serve as a crucial bridge for communication and operations between the Hong Kong office and the mainland headquarters. Assist with basic scheduling, travel arrangements, and other ad-hoc tasks as required by the management team. Requirements Hong Kong Permanent Resident Prior experience in the printing/packaging industry is highly preferred. Associate degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or a similar multi-functional role. In-depth familiarity with Hong Kong labor laws, regulations, and common workplace practices. Proficient in using major recruitment platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Cantonese is a significant advantage. A self-driven, detail-oriented, and responsible team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently. High level of discretion and strong sense of confidentiality.
