Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts and ensure alignment with our organizational goals. This role will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategy development to candidate onboarding, while fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Strategic Recruitment Develop, implement, and refine recruitment strategies and procedures to meet business objectives. Stay current with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience. Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, role expectations, and candidate profiles. Advise on market insights (e.g., salary benchmarks, talent availability) to align hiring decisions with industry standards. Candidate Sourcing & Screening Craft compelling job descriptions and post them across platforms such as JobsDB and LinkedIn to attract top talent. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates using role‑specific criteria. Coordinate follow‑up interviews with hiring managers and department leads. Process Management Oversee the end‑to‑end offer process, including salary negotiation, contract finalization, and onboarding coordination. Maintain a robust database of potential candidates for future opportunities. Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, candidate conversion rates) to refine processes. Qualifications Experience : 3+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in high‑volume or multi‑role recruitment. Proven success in designing recruitment strategies and managing full‑cycle hiring. Skills : Proficiency with job boards (JobsDB, LinkedIn) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
