Add expected salary to your profile for insights Our client is seeking a proactive HR – Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment activities in Hong Kong while supporting regional talent acquisition strategies. This role is critical in sourcing, attracting, and securing top local talent to support the growth and development of the organization. What you’ll be doing Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities in Hong Kong, including sourcing, interviews, offer management, background checks, and onboarding Support regional talent acquisition strategies by collaborating with HR teams across Asia to share best practices and align recruitment approaches Build strong candidate pipelines through local channels and networks to meet current and future hiring needs Partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for each role Manage relationships with recruitment suppliers and assist in vendor consolidation within the region Provide insights on market trends and talent availability to inform recruitment strategies Deliver high‑quality work with strong attention to detail, ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance in all processes What we’re looking for 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in global companies or talent sourcing experience in recruitment firms. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline Experience supporting regional recruitment initiatives is an advantage Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Outlook, etc.) Basic understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements in Hong Kong Fluent spoken and written proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results.
