Our subsidiary, Goodwill Management Limited (PMC licence (C- )), continuously dedicates itself to providing excellent and valued‑added property management services for our landlords and customers and is now inviting high‑caliber candidates for the position. Responsibilities Assist the Site‑in‑charge to provide all‑round property management services by managing and overseeing customer services and daily operations of properties. Maintain good relationships with tenants by rendering prompt services at all times. Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and service providers. Handle complaints and emergency incidents. Support improvement or renovation programs when necessary. Requirements Degree holder, preferably major in Property Management or other related disciplines. Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH) or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence. Minimum 6 years’ experience in management of Grade‑A office buildings, with 3 years’ supervisory experience inclusive. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
