Job duties Supervise the property management teams to carry out full spectrum of facilities management services of a designated property which includes daily operation, routine repair and maintenance work, vendor management, incident management, health & safety, office administration and procurement Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, health and safety, and environmental standards Prepare and monitor annual management budget and ensure good cost control Handle occupants’ enquiries, complaints & handle emergency situations promptly Attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain a good relationship with the committees Liaison with Government departments and public bodies on daily management issues Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements Degree holder in property management or related discipline Possess recognized professional membership of HKIH, CIH, RPHM, HKIS (PFM), HKIFM and PMP (Tier 1) Licence, preferable Minimum 10 years' solid experience in property / estate management field for premier commercial & residential properties with 8 years in managerial level Familiarity with local property regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements.
