We are looking for a high-calibre Senior Business Analyst capable of shaping future-state processes, designing digital workflows, influencing cross-functional decisions and driving structural change. This is a role for someone who thinks deeply, learns quickly, frames problems sharply and operates with a high degree of autonomy. What You’ll Do: Future-State Process & Workflow Design Design end-to-end future-state processes and orchestrated workflows that connect data, systems and people Translate complex operational problems into clear, structured logic and solution options Define requirements for new digital capabilities and workflow integration across functions Ensure designs are scalable, sustainable and aligned with the long-term transformation roadmap Cross-Functional Alignment & Decision Framing Facilitate alignment across various functions Structure ambiguous issues, identify trade-offs and frame decisions for leadership Lead workshops and working sessions to build shared understanding and buy-in Act as a bridge between business needs, technical capabilities and long-term strategy Orchestration Platform & Digital Capability Development Contribute to the design of METRO Sourcing’s orchestration layer — connecting systems, data, automation and decision workflows Collaborate with Digital teams to integrate workflows, master data and decision logic Identify opportunities for workflow simplification, automation and transparency Analytical Leadership & Problem Solving Conduct deep analysis on process bottlenecks, structural issues, system gaps and cross-functional friction points Rapidly break down complex problems and generate clear insights, scenarios and recommendations Develop rigorous, data-informed logic that supports decision-making and prioritisation Prepare teams for new workflows, ways of working and decision routines Work with functional managers to embed behavioural changes needed for orchestration and agility Build strong relationships across functions and become a trusted partner in the transformation journey What We’re Looking For: Experience & Expertise 8+ years in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Process Design or Transformation Proven experience designing future-state processes / operating models — not just documenting requirements / current state Proficiency in process mapping, optimization techniques, and agile methodologies Strong track record working with cross-functional, multi-country teams Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent discipline Cognitive & Analytical Strength Exceptional logical reasoning — able to structure ambiguity into clarity quickly Fast learner capable of absorbing new systems, processes and business contexts at speed Strong systems thinking — able to connect data, processes and organisational design Ability to challenge assumptions, simplify complexity and articulate recommendations with precision Ways of Working & Behaviour Works autonomously , proactively and with end-to-end ownership Able to influence and engage senior stakeholders with confidence Highly structured communicator who can translate complexity into narrative Thrives in environments where problems are not fully defined, and solutions must be created Why This Role Matters You will help shape METRO Sourcing’s next-generation operating model – how we orchestrate the value chain, how we use data, and how teams work together.
