Job Title: Business Analyst Experience Level: 4-6 years Location: Hong Kong Role Overview The Business Analyst will play a key role in driving transformation initiatives within the Retail Banking & Wealth division. This role focuses on gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting technical integration to deliver strategic change. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for transformation projects. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Perform gap analysis between current and target state processes. Support data mapping, validation, and integration requirements. Collaborate with technology teams on solution design and system enhancements. Assist in UAT and SIT testing phases to ensure quality delivery. Prepare business process documentation and workflow diagrams. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in transformation programs. Strong knowledge of Retail Banking & Wealth products and processes. Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and system integration concepts. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
