We’re looking for an Office Assistant to join the FINEPRINT office, a role in which you’ll help create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for both guests and employees and are taking care of a wide array of administrative tasks. If you enjoy a dynamic environment with a variety of tasks, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Help make the FINEPRINT office a welcoming and comfortable place for visitors and employees; welcoming guests, introducing new joiners to the office team, ordering office supplies, watering plants and helping to keep the office tidy. Build a relationship with the teams in our cafes and central kitchen; visit cafes to deliver/collect documents and petty cash and check on the in-store administration. Assist with HR duties: update and maintain employee files and records, create employment contracts, coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding, check store attendance sheets. Handle BR and license renewal, application of nominated managers for the different licenses; travel to government offices to handle various applications where needed. Support office manager with monthly payroll. Help issue invoices for customers orders (wholesale & online orders). Communicate with accountant on accounting needs. Other ad‑hoc daily administration tasks as assigned. What we’re looking for Higher diploma or above. Friendly and approachable individual who thrives in a bustling environment. Flexible, reliable, well‑organised, and detail‑minded. Able to prioritise appropriately and work efficiently among multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office, Google, email and similar software.
