The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives while multitasking across a variety of exciting project scopes. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze daily treasury reports on digital asset holdings, liquidity positions, and capital movements. Monitor and manage crypto liquidity across exchanges, custodial wallets, and on‑chain protocols. Assist in transaction booking and balance sheet reconciliation. Support liquidity forecasting and capital allocation to optimize funding strategies. Enhance and streamline operational workflows. Collaborate with internal and external teams to handle treasury processes. Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. 1‑3 years of experience in banking or fintech; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills will also be considered. Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling, liquidity reporting, and data analysis. Knowledge of crypto exchange operations or stablecoin treasury operations. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; the ability to interpret financial and blockchain transaction data is a plus.
