What the role is? Perform dunning via phone calls, on-site visits and / or written correspondences, etc on debtors' outstanding balances Negotiate with debtors for repayment schedule / arrangement Regularly report debt collection progress to management Develop recommendations for legal proceedings or assignments to debt collection agencies when necessary Manage the collection performance of debt collection agencies with performing all related tasks / jobs Handle administrative tasks, such as tracking financial status and registration status under HK regulatory bodies (e.g. Insurance Authority) of debtors; issue demand letters; update debtors' information and repayment in the company's records and arrange debtors' cheque / deposit, etc Execute and perform ad hoc projects / tasks as assigned Prepare regular reports on collection status, activities and performance results including but not limited to debt collection agencies Assist to prepare the documents of legal proceedings What we look for? Tertiary Education or above Minimum 5 years' experience on debt collection in financial institutions, preferably in life insurance companies Be mature, independent, adaptable to change, attention to details and able to work under pressure Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills Strong customer services and time & database management skills Proficiency in Chinese, English and Mandarin Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Personal Information Collection Statement At Chow Tai Fook Life Insurance Company Limited ("the Company") we respect the privacy of your personal data and are committed to fully complying with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance ("the Ordinance").
