Senior MacroSAN Storage Technical Support Specialist Provide expert-level technical support for the full range of MacroSAN storage products (SAN, NAS, Distributed, Object) to clients in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Lead initial deployment, system testing, and emergency troubleshooting with root cause analysis for critical issues Develop high-quality, localized technical documentation and training curriculum to systematically enhance the technical capabilities of regional partners and end-users Oversee end-to-end delivery, operation, maintenance, and optimization of large-scale, mission-critical storage projects in Hong Kong and cross-border environments (particularly multi-data-center "Two-Site, Three-Center" architectures), ensuring ultra-high availability and customer satisfaction Job Requirements: Tertiary education in IT or equivalent Must possess the MacroSAN Certified Senior Engineer (MSSE) certification Minimum of 5 years of experience exclusively focused on MacroSAN storage products in technical support or delivery roles Have led at least three large-scale, full-cycle MacroSAN storage projects with "Two-Site, Three-Center" architecture in the financial industry In-depth knowledge of performance tuning for MacroSAN storage integrated with at least one major UNIX/Linux OS (AIX/HP-UX/RHEL, etc.) Hands-on experience in storage planning and performance optimization for at least one enterprise database (Oracle/DB2) on MacroSAN Practical experience in integrating MacroSAN storage with virtualization/cloud platforms (VMware vSphere/OpenStack/Kubernetes) Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential Proficient in technical communication, official documentation writing, and conducting training in all three languages Strong project-driven mindset and customer service orientation Ability to adapt to the high-frequency technical collaboration and on-site support demands within the Greater Bay Area Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
