Our client is seeking a Cloud Specialist to join their team What you’ll be doing? Assist Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions. Prepare Proposals: Develop compelling solution proposals and presentations for clients. Architect Solutions: Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions for productivity and collaboration. Implement Security: Deploy security frameworks using Microsoft Defender, Intune, and EntraID across hybrid and cloud environments. Advise on Best Practices: Provide guidance on compliance, governance, and identity management best practices. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of Microsoft security innovations and modern workplace trends. Who are they looking for? Technical Expertise: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Microsoft Expertise: 3 years experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related services. Security Technologies: Expertise in Microsoft security technologies (Defender, Intune, Conditional Access). Identity Management: Knowledge of identity and access management principles. Certifications: Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) or SC-100 (Cybersecurity Architect) preferred. Soft Skills: Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proactive, can‑do attitude with problem‑solving ability. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is essential for effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Why should you consider this opportunity?
