Cloud Architect/ Senior Consultant (Microsoft Azure) We are seeking a skilled Cloud Architect specializing in Microsoft Azure to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing cloud solutions for our clients, conducting technical presales activities, and ensuring the successful implementation of Azure projects. Responsibilities Create scalable and robust architectures using Microsoft Azure to meet client needs. Provide technical presales support by collaborating with sales teams to understand client requirements and offer expert technical guidance. Engage with clients to build trusting relationships, gathering requirements and presenting tailored solutions. Prepare clear technical documentation, including architectural diagrams , design specifications, and proposals. Organize and lead workshops and demonstrations to showcase Azure capabilities and solutions to prospective clients. Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) implementations to validate solution designs and approaches. Stay informed on technology trends by keeping up with the latest developments in cloud technologies and Azure services . Collaborate with development, operations, and product teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. Mentor team members in best practices for Azure and cloud technologies, enhancing their skills and knowledge. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure. Proven expertise in designing and deploying Azure solutions across various cloud services. Strong experience in technical presales , including the ability to create compelling proposals and presentations. Proficient in Azure services (e.g., Azure Compute, Azure Networking, Azure Security) and related technologies. Familiarity with cloud migration strategies, hybrid cloud implementations, and architecture best practices. Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or ARM templates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Azure Certification (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert) is highly preferred.
