Job Description As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team and subsidiaries to create cohesive messaging that reflects our corporate values and goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across all social media platforms. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams and subsidiaries to ensure brand consistency and effective communication. Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field. 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
