You’ll help execute social media strategies, create and schedule content, engage with online communities and analyse performance metrics. This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for digital storytelling, eager to work with renowned brands and expand their skills in a fast‑paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with strategy implementation: Work closely with the Social Media Manager to execute social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads and Xiaohungshu. Content creation & coordination: Collaborate with in‑house designers and copywriters to develop engaging posts; review drafts and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Content scheduling & publishing: Maintain content calendars, schedule posts at optimal times and ensure consistent messaging across channels. Community management: Monitor comments and messages, engage with followers and help manage client expectations. Performance tracking & reporting: Track key metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth and conversions; compile regular reports and provide insights for continuous improvements. Trend & platform research: Stay abreast of social media trends, algorithm changes and new features; recommend innovative tactics and explore emerging platforms. Project coordination: Help manage timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. Support paid media & outreach: Assist with paid social campaigns, influencer outreach and live events; maintain a secure record of account credentials. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or related fields; agency experience is a plus. Familiarity with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Xiaohongshu) and analytics tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin; English proficiency is an advantage. Creative storytelling ability and experience collaborating with designers and copywriters. Comfortable analysing data and preparing reports; highly organised and able to handle multiple deadlines.
