Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities End-to-End Content Creation – Lead the creative process from concept to execution, producing a wide range of dynamic assets—including social media graphics, infographics, and short‑form videos—that effectively communicate the travel brand story. Platform‑Optimized Strategy – Develop and execute a "platform‑first" content strategy for our key channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, RedNote, WeChat Public Account), ensuring all assets are native to each platform and optimized for maximum reach and engagement. Advanced Video & Multimedia Production – Elevate our content through expert video editing, incorporating motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to deliver a polished and professional final product. AI‑Enhanced Creative Innovation – Spearhead the adoption of generative AI tools within our marketing workflow. Leverage platforms like Midjourney and OpenAI as a creative co‑pilot to accelerate ideation, iterate on concepts, and generate unique visual elements. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into visually stunning and effective creative that ensures a cohesive and impactful brand experience at every touchpoint. Develop and Execute Engaging Social Media Content Strategies – Build brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Manage & Optimize Social Media Channels – Achieve measurable results on Facebook, Instagram, and RedNote. Monitor & Analyze Digital Marketing Performance – Provide insights and recommendations to inform future campaigns. Collaborate with the Team – Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints. Stay Abreast of Industry Trends – Continuously improve our digital marketing efforts. Support Planning & Implementation of Digital Advertising Campaigns – Including paid social, search engine marketing, and display advertising. Assist with Creation & Curation of High‑Quality Visual & Written Content – For social media and website use. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably within the travel or lifestyle industry. Demonstrable proficiency with industry‑standard design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, OpenAI, Sora, Suno) and the ability to articulate their strategic application in a creative workflow. A curious and proactive mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of trends in digital media, generative AI, and marketing technology. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. A genuine interest in or passion for childhood education and the role technology plays in shaping young learners’ experiences. What We’re Looking For Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media and digital marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to drive strategic decision‑making. Experience in using business advertising tools such as Google Ads or Meta Business Suite is a plus. Able to handle multi‑tasks, work independently and meet tight deadlines. Passion for the fashion and lifestyle industry and a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
