It includes induction, on‑the‑job learning, skills trainings and networking. Successful graduates will be considered full‑time positions at the end of the programme. Responsibilities Support the intermediary distribution channel in all sales‑related and marketing activities as required. Support and coordinate all aspects of new client onboarding in collaboration with internal stakeholders and relevant functions. Support the intermediary distribution channel in coordinating RFP & ad‑hoc requests. Monitor and actively track progress of opportunities and prospects in a timely manner on Salesforce, including updating contact details, meeting notes and any post‑meeting follow‑up actions. Research and monitor asset management development in key Asian markets to develop competitor analysis and other market intelligence, using analytical tools and in collaboration with relevant teams. Must have skills University graduate from an undergraduate or Masters degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a similar discipline. Strong interest in the asset management / investment industry. Understanding of the financial markets. Excellent communication and written skills. Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). Highly organised and efficient, with strong attention to detail. Nice to have skills Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to form good working relationships with all clients and internal stakeholders. Confident and proactive approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines. Team player.
