Represent technology at regional governance groups, provide supporting management information to boards and ensure compliance with regulatory directives. Drive alignment of the technology roadmap(s) with Asia‑Pacific business strategies, seeking opportunities for technology to deliver competitive advantage. Provide oversight to technology activities and individuals in the region, ensuring services are delivered effectively and consistently. Maintain consistent customer experience and operations across all technology aspects for Asia Pacific. Key Responsibilities Proactively understand current and future business strategy of the Asia Pacific businesses and align technology strategy accordingly. Lead and be accountable for end‑to‑end technology services for Asia Pacific, articulating their value proposition and collaborating with senior leaders to improve services. Develop relationships with local key business partners to ensure active dialogue, alignment on strategies, priorities and satisfaction. Act as a regional escalation route for Asia‑Pacific based business partners and technology staff. Represent technology at governance groups, providing required reporting materials and leadership on business‑technology alignment. Drive solutioning, scaling and servicing capabilities for day‑to‑day and strategic investment platforms. Lead and manage a well‑established team across multiple APAC countries. Requirements for the Role Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑focused discipline or equivalent work experience, preferably in asset management. Demonstrable knowledge and delivery experience in investment, sales, marketing and enterprise technologies, including emerging AI technologies, aligned to financial services. 8+ years leading teams at a senior level with a proven track record across global locations. Experience leading organizations through strategic change and achieving positive results. Experience leading Agile teams focused on MVP delivery. Self‑motivated, innovative, forward‑thinking with a proactive approach to solving business problems. Excellent relationship management and team‑building skills. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical issues to non‑technical audiences. Structured, disciplined approach to work with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
