We are searching for a dedicated Cashier for our client, a renowned luxury retail brand. This role is essential in managing POS cashier functions, creating an environment where sales associates can focus on delivering exceptional customer service to maximize sales. The ideal candidate will work efficiently and productively to enhance the brand experience for customers within the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support for cashier functions and operations, including Global Refund , VAT procedures , repair handling , customer compliance, and till procedures (cash handling, credit authorization, acceptance of cheques, and exchanges).
  • Maintain accurate purchasing data associated with internal client accounts.
  • Ensure smooth checkout operations by adhering to policies and procedures, and reporting any issues as needed.
  • Wrap and present all products in accordance with company guidelines to ensure a premium customer experience.
  • Foster customer loyalty by concluding sales effectively, capturing customer data for future contact, and fulfilling aftercare commitments.
  • Organize and restock necessary supplies for the cash wrap and gift wrap areas.
  • Maintain clear and precise operational documents and procedures for reference.
  • Assist store management with administrative tasks and back-office duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Energetic , fast-paced , and self-motivated with a positive and can-do attitude .
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail; experience with handbags or leather goods is advantageous.
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability in selling and customer service .
