Who We Are Looking For BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) is under Corporate Planning Department in MIMS, building a support framework to provide information for decision-making by company management and business operations. BPR Team’s mission is streamlining processes and implementing or developing various types of systems/tools to supply timely&accurate data and enhance business teams’ efficiency for smoother operations. This role requires a strategic leader to build and continuously improve these backend systems to effectively support various departments, helping drive operational efficiency and business growth. What Impact You Will Make Lead the BPR team in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of backend systems. Analyse existing processes and systems across multiple business functions to identify areas for improvement or re-engineering. Design and implement scalable, efficient, and user-friendly system workflows aligned with business requirements. Collaborate closely with business units and other departments to understand their operational needs and tailor system solutions that increase productivity and accuracy. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to business systems and process optimization. What Skills and Experience You will Bring 3+ years of experience in project management or business process management/business systems management, or process reengineering roles with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in programming and system development using languages and technologies such as Java, VBA, VB, C, C#, .Net, JavaScript, or similar. Experience in full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, architectural design, database design, coding, testing, and performance tuning. Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation, collaborating closely with IT and business stakeholders. Skilled in mentoring engineers and project managers, facilitating knowledge transfer and team growth. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high quality results on time. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively across diverse teams. Nice to have Strong understanding of finance, accounting, sales, budgeting, and expense management systems. Experience of procurement or accounting/finance related system development/ implementation.
