And we need your help to get us there We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to join the Hong Kong marketing team. The ideal candidate is able to work in fast-growing, diversified and dynamic environments. He/she will be working closely with various internal stakeholders and support the team in the delivery of different marketing activities and communications across Lalamove’s touchpoints. What will you do: Utilize different CRM tools to support daily operations of the team, including but not limited to RFM, activation flow, user journey, coupon creation & dispatch, etc.; assist in execution of daily customer communication of owned channels that fall into the above operation categories; Coordinate with agencies/vendors to support the implementation of roadshows & merchandise production; Support the development of promotional materials in various formats and channels; Support the team in conducting market research/survey and closely monitor industry key players; Conduct regular reports on campaign performance review and track important marketing metrics; Perform ad-hoc marketing projects and duties as assigned. What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; 1+ years working experience in online and offline marketing is preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered. A good team-player with strong communication skills; Detail‑minded, strong organizational skills and creative mindset; Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English; Energetic with a “can‑do” attitude, highly self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced, multifaceted environment; Knowledge of different online and offline local media channels is a plus To all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
