Content Development: Create marketing assets and toolkits for partners and institutional clients, including brochures, videos, webinars, and case studies. Digital Presence: Manage B2B social media channels and websites, ensuring content aligns with growth objectives and brand guidelines. CRM Journeys: Build tailored onboarding and engagement flows for partners and institutional prospects to improve retention and satisfaction. Event Coordination: Organize seminars, workshops, and industry conferences in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and refine strategies. Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, report insights, and recommend optimizations. Brand Consistency: Maintain a unified brand voice across all touchpoints while adapting to local market preferences. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. At least 8 years of experience in B2B or partner marketing, preferably within financial services or trading sectors. Proven ability to manage global campaigns and adapt strategies to regional nuances. Strong understanding of partner business models and retail trading user experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills. Ability to manage cross-functional projects under tight deadlines. Creative mindset and problem-solving capabilities. High level of self-motivation and decision-making ability.
