Lead IT Security Analyst- Financial institution 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants About the Job: Our client is an innovative fintech company based in Hong Kong. They are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead and enhance enterprise‑wide security initiatives. This role involves developing robust security frameworks, deploying advanced protection technologies, and fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain comprehensive IT security policies, procedures, and best practices. Architect and implement enterprise‑grade cybersecurity solutions. Conduct thorough risk assessments, define mitigation strategies, and drive remediation efforts. Support and respond to internal and external IT audits with relevant documentation and actions. Manage and resolve security incidents with structured investigation and response protocols. Deliver targeted security awareness programs and training sessions to internal stakeholders. Lead vulnerability assessments and security reviews of critical infrastructure and applications, providing actionable recommendations. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity management and assessment. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP are highly desirable. Strong grasp of data protection regulations, cybersecurity principles, and emerging threat landscapes. Proficiency with industry standards and frameworks including NIST and ISO 27001. Demonstrated expertise in vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and securing web/mobile applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
