Coordinate the preparation of the full package of materials required for LP due diligence (DDQ, RFP responses, underlying asset data, compliance documents, etc.). Coordinate with investment, legal, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information. Fund-Level Document Management Lead the preparation of fund formation documents: PPM, LPA, Subscription Agreement, Side Letter, etc. Manage the lifecycle documents of the fund: amendments to the articles of association, partner resolutions, regulatory filing documents, etc. Interface with external lawyers, auditors, and custodians to ensure document compliance and execution efficiency. Fundraising Process Operations Support the fundraising closed loop: LP onboarding, AML review, KYC/AML document review and filing. Track fundraising progress, maintain the LP pipeline database, and regularly produce fundraising analysis reports. Assist in organizing roadshows, investor meetings, and other fundraising-related events. Post-Investment LP Relationship Maintenance Be responsible for the content coordination and distribution of the fund's regular reports (quarterly/annual reports). Respond to LPs' daily information requests and organize LP meetings and post-investment communications. Qualifications Master's degree or above, with preference given to those with a background in finance, law, accounting, or related fields. More than 3 years of experience in the middle and back office/fund operations of PE/VC funds, FOFs, or well-known asset management institutions, or experience in fund group due diligence at the Big Four auditing firms or law firms. Familiarity with the structure of RMB and USD funds, and understanding of the core clauses of the LPA and fund accounting standards. Ability to manage multiple LP due diligence and document projects concurrently, with a detail-oriented approach. Preference given to those holding CPA, CFA, or legal professional qualifications.
