Sr. Project Manager / Project Manager (IT Software Development) About Our Client APJ Software (HK) Company Limited is a renowned software development and consulting company established in 2002. They offer top‑night software solutions and project management services to prominent clients in Hong Kong and the region, including public transportation operators, utilities, and financial services companies. What you'll be doing? Develop project plans: Create comprehensive project plans to guide the entire software development cycle, from analyzing business requirements to managing project schedules and budgets. Lead project teams: Mobilize and supervise project teams in Hong Kong and offshore, ensuring high‑quality work and effective communication. Manage project risks: Lead and control the project‑related risk management process, ensuring all ad‑hoc tasks are handled efficiently. Engage stakeholders: Communicate project matters to all levels of stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned with project goals. Who are they looking for? Degree holders: Preferred in Computer Science or related fields. Experienced project managers: At least 10 years of experience in project management for corporate or enterprises. Technical background: Proficiency in SDLC project management and business analysis is essential. Certifications: PMP / PMI‑ACP / Agile certification. Excellent communicators: Well‑organized, attention to detail, and strong written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua skills.
