Shop Supervisor

Overview Responsible for day-to-day shop operations including daily sales performance and inventory control. Lead, supervise, and train the team to deliver excellent customer service, solicit customer feedback, and understand customer needs. Support day-to-day admission check-in/out processes. Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and complaints, and ensure the safety, cleanliness, and quality of playground equipment and facilities. Crowd control. Manage ticket and payment transactions. Manage various payment apps, devices, and terminals. Manage daily register closure, sales calculation, and report tabulation. Attend ticket and admission related enquiries. Promote membership sales and promotions. Execute special tasks and projects assigned by the manager. Requirements Higher Diploma holder or above. Ability to lead a team; develop and train others, delegate and follow up. Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
