We're looking for a passionate and talented individual who is excited to lead our team, build meaningful relationships with our customers, and help us discover new business opportunities and treatments for our retail and beauty shops. Responsibilities Inspire, motivate, and develop frontline staff to meet sales targets and achieve business goals. Monitor shop performance and implement strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Ensure the daily operations run smoothly, including staffing, inventory monitoring, and handling collaborations with various departments. Provide hands‑on support and guidance to shop‑in‑charge and frontline team. Collaborate with senior management to make prompt decisions regarding operational or business issues. Act as the core liaison between frontline staff and management, ensuring clear communication and effective implementation of business plans. Maintain a strong presence in shop, demonstrating leadership on the sales floor. Assist in staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to cultivate a strong sales culture. Handle ad hoc matters with sound judgment and efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration or cosmetology preferred. 5+ years of experience in a management role within the beauty industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution. A results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in operational and financial management, including budgeting and inventory control. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed, reflecting the demands of the retail and beauty sectors. Immediate availability is preferred. Benefits Discretionary bonus. Medical insurance.
