Director, Corporate Services (Company Secretarial Department) Our client is a CPA‑background group of companies in growth mode. To scale their Corporate Services function to the next level, they are expanding the team and seeking a seasoned Company Secretary to lead the department. This is a management role reporting directly to the Group Managing Director and offers eligibility for a profit‑sharing program aligned with business performance. Role Overview As the Director of Corporate Services, you will: Oversee all corporate secretarial functions to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Provide expert guidance on corporate governance and regulatory changes impacting clients and the organization Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing company secretarial team to deliver quality, timely service Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders Ensure accurate and timely filing of statutory documents with relevant authorities Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making Supervise a team to independently manage a full spectrum of company secretarial matters for a portfolio of clients (mainly private companies and some listed companies) Keep abreast of regulatory developments and advise clients on operational impacts and governance best practices Act as named company secretary for client entities when required Requirements Qualified Company Secretary with 10+ years of industry experience, ideally from professional firms or roles overseeing a company secretarial department Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting, or related disciplines Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules and other relevant regulatory requirements for listed and non‑listed companies Proven experience in people leadership (supervising, coaching, performance management) and client relationship management Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented Excellent command of written and spoken English, with fluent Mandarin Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Manager role Immediate availability is an advantage Benefits 5 days work week Attractive remuneration with performance bonus Marriage Leave Compassionate Leave Medical insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
