Director, Talent Management & Acquisition (Hong Kong) at Shangri‑La Group Key Responsibilities Manage all corporate accounts and provide support to the Director of Sales – Corporate in motivating the team to achieve room night goals as outlined in the Marketing Plan. Develop and implement sales strategies for the corporate segment and drive cross‑selling initiatives across all Hotel properties as part of COE Sales functions. Maintain and update the client database while identifying new business opportunities through proactive networking. Conduct sales activities, build strong relationships with existing accounts, and solicit new business to maximize revenue. Analyze economic and marketing data locally and internationally to support sales operations and strategy development. Monitor competitor sales activities and prepare strategic recommendations for review with the Director of Sales – Corporate. Prepare weekly reports, including sales calls, entertainment schedules, and call plans. Collaborate with the Events Management Team and other stakeholders to exceed client expectations and follow up on feedback after events. Promote seasonal packages and special offers to key supporters. About You Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management or other related disciplines. At least 5 years of Hotel sales experience in corporate markets. Experience in account development and maintenance. Proficient in computer applications, as well as hotel sales and events system. Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic sales leadership skills. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
