Currently, we manage approximately 1,000 sales points across Hong Kong, employ about 5,000 dedicated professionals and skilled frontline staff, and remain committed to sustainable growth and corporate social responsibility. Job Responsibilities Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Identify and meet potential clients and decision makers by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. Responsible for driving in market growth, developing pipeline for new business opportunities and achieving bottom line growth. Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers. Successfully close deals with customers and lead contract negotiation. Provide direction in business development and coordinate with various functional departments in developing new logistics business proposals. Support and implement strategic business plans for achieving revenue growth in line with corporate objectives. Lead the preparation and present business cases of new opportunities for management approvals. Job Requirements Degree holder in a relevant academic background, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. Minimum 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience from 3PL/Cold Chain or related industries is essential. Highly result‑oriented with ambition to exceed sales targets. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and networking capabilities. Good analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Presentable, flexible, and capable of strong multi‑tasking. Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Business Development Manager role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
