Location: Hong Kong, China (On-Site)
Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance activities, which include fault investigation, recovering and reporting under 24 X 7 environment.
- Hold hotline and answer customer enquiries.
- Carry out field services, provide hardware maintenance & installation services.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities.
- Perform software upgrades and hardware modifications.
Requirements
- Professional Engineering Diploma or above.
- On-site service support experience.
- Good communication skills, telephone manner, and service attitude.
- Fluent in Cantonese and basic English.
- Shift duties and site work required.
- Driving license will be an advantage.
- Graduates are welcome.
