About the Role

\

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Program Manager to join our team at Hang Yick Properties Management Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily maintenance services and ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

\
  • \
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal building performance.\
  • Supervise technicians to carry out daily maintenance work and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.\
  • Monitor work progress, tender, and quotation to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance building operations.\
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, costs, and outcomes.\
  • Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades and replacements to improve building efficiency and reduce downtime.\
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.\
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks.\
  • Provide support and guidance to junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.\
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.\
  • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.\
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement capital expenditure plans to address building needs.\
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.\
  • Requirements\
    • \
    • Degree in any discipline of Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.\
    • A minimum of 5 years of project management and maintenance experience, preferably in a consultant firm or property management company.\
    • Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker will be an advantage.\
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and external partners.\
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.\
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.\
    • High level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\
    • Proficient in using computer software applications, such as MS Office, to prepare reports and presentations.\
    • Familiarity with building management systems and maintenance software is an asset.\
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.\
    • Physical stamina to perform site visits and conduct routine checks.\\/ul>\
