About the Role

\

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Hang Yick Properties Management Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities and ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • \
  • Coordinate daily maintenance activities, including scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.\
  • Communicate with technicians, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of maintenance tasks.\
  • Monitor work progress, tender, and quotation to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.\
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.\
  • Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades and replacements to improve building efficiency and reduce downtime.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance building operations.\
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, costs, and outcomes.\
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.\
  • Requirements\
    • \
    • Degree in any discipline of Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.\
    • A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a consultant firm or property management company.\
    • Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker will be an advantage.\
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and external partners.\
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.\
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.\
    • High level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\
    • Proficient in using computer software applications, such as MS Office, to prepare reports and presentations.\
    • Familiarity with building management systems and maintenance software is an asset.\
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.\
    • Physical stamina to perform site visits and conduct routine checks.\\/ul>\
