1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Conduct routine site inspections and risk assessments, identify risks and formulate preventive measures and monitor its effectiveness Prepare initial incident reports and inspection findings, and recommend remedial actions to address any irregularities Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions to all staff, subcontractors and workers, and arrange safety meetings for individual projects Ensure proper documentation management to meet statutory and/or client’s requirements Participate in safety and health promotion initiatives in corporate and department level, including internal and external competitions Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience Registration in Safety Officer Good communication and interpersonal skills Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and fair English Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing Holder of a qualified First Aider and Confined Space Certified Worker Candidates with less experience will be considered as Safety Supervisor We are keen to offer the right talent a competitive package, a caring work environment and continuous development opportunities.
